Dreamscape Hospitality takes over management of The Georgian Hotel

Dreamscape Hospitality has assumed management of The Georgian Hotel, a beachfront property in Santa Monica, Ca. The property is preparing to join a Hyatt soft brand to elevate its position while maintaining its independent character.

“The Georgian represents the type of distinctive, experience-driven hotel that aligns perfectly with Dreamscape’s lifestyle and independent strategy,” said Adam Patenaude, president of Dreamscape Hospitality. “The Hyatt soft brand affiliation allows the hotel to maintain its character while expanding its reach and appeal to a broader audience.”

Originally opened in 1933, The Georgian is described as an Art Deco landmark overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The property is known for its architecture and design and has operated as a boutique hotel. The hotel blends vintage elements with modern hospitality and includes curated interiors, dining experiences and lifestyle-driven amenities.
