Four Seasons is set to open a new wellness resort and residences at Triple Bay AMAALA in Saudi Arabia. Red Sea Global, the developer of the regenerative tourism destination of AMAALA and The Red Sea, and Four Seasons have unveiled Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay.
The new luxury property will be located along the country’s northwestern coast. The property will feature 220 guestrooms and suites, along with villas with private pools and 26 branded residential villas. All the units will offer views of the bay and sea.
“Our new resort and residences in AMAALA at Triple Bay will complement Four Seasons’ growing collection of properties within the Kingdom’s destinations, and marks our second collaboration with Red Sea Global,” said Bart Carnahan, president, global business development, portfolio management and residential, Four Seasons.

With wellness at its core, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA will offer personalized wellness itineraries. Guests and residents can access a luxury spa, featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience and provide therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies.
The luxury spa will be situated within a garden and feature a sculptured waterfall.
AMAALA is developing a new category of coastal lifestyle with regeneration and wellness as its central focus. Offering uninterrupted views of the Hijaz Cove, the resort will enable guests and residents to connect with nature and reenergize their mind, body and soul, said John Pagano, group CEO of Red Sea Global.
Four Seasons has partnered with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to offer high-performance training activities. Guests can avail guided hikes, mountain biking, equestrian bridle trails and practice their game at the 27-hole oceanfront golf course.
Offering a diverse range of culinary options, the property will have six restaurants and bars. Other amenities include event spaces, a kid’s program and a Discovery Centre for guests and residents to learn about their surroundings.

DESIGN
The design of Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA is being developed by architects U+A, and is inspired by the property’s location between the foothills of the Hijazi Mountains as well as the Hijaz Cove on the Red Sea Coast. Making full use of the terrain, the guestrooms, villas and penthouses will offer uninterrupted views of the natural surroundings.
The property’s arrival area will open up onto the grounds with a panoramic view of the Hijaz Island.
The resort will also comprise a 550-square-meter ballroom with an adjacent event lawn offering panoramic views to Hijaz Cove.
The private residences will have villas ranging from 320 square meters to over 650 square meters, with each unit offering their own pools and ocean views.
The first phase of the property, which focuses on the Triple Bay masterplan, is currently underway and slated to be completed in 2025. It will comprise 12 resorts offering 2,000 rooms collectively. Once all construction is complete, AMAALA will include over 3,900 rooms at 29 hotels and 1,200 luxury residential villas, apartments and estate homes.
Four Seasons has been expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia and this new property helps the group strengthen its portfolio in the country. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA joins Four Seasons Riyadh at Kingdom Centre and other upcoming projects at The Red Sea on Shura Island, Jeddah at the Corniche, NEOM at Sindalah and Diriyah.
