Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla names resort manager

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla has appointed Lorenzo Maestripieri as resort manager, following a nearly two‑decade career with Four Seasons across Europe, the Caribbean and other international destinations.

“Every day brings something new. That constant energy is what excites me most,” said Maestripieri. “Four Seasons has shaped my career for nearly two decades, and I still feel inspired to keep learning, keep evolving, and keep pushing boundaries. Anguilla is a remarkable place to do that, and I’m honored to lead alongside such a talented team.”

Maestripieri joined Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla in June 2018 as the assistant director of food and beverage. After three years of leading the Food and Beverage team, he was promoted to director of food and beverage in August 2021. In April 2023, he transitioned into the Rooms Division team as the director of rooms.

Originally from a mountain village in the Tuscan countryside, Maestripieri began his Four Seasons journey in 2008 as part of the opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, starting as the chef de rang. In 2011, he joined the reopening team at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane as a mixologist. He went on to hold several leadership roles across the property, including in-room dining, lounge manager and restaurant general manager, and he completed a task force assignment at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island.
