Ennismore has outlined its planned hotel and food and beverage openings for 2026 as the group surpasses the milestone of 200 hotels globally. The announcement coincides with a period of expansion that has more than doubled the company’s hotel network over the past four years, based solely on the information released by the group.
The company stated it plans to open more than 35 hotels and more than 20 food and beverage venues in 2026. These openings are scheduled across the Americas and Europe and Africa and Asia Pacific and the Middle East and India. The lineup includes new properties under several existing brands as well as first-time market entries.

Surpassing 200 hotels in just four years is a testament to the strength and desirability of our ecosystem, and our upcoming openings – from the return of Delano Miami Beach and the launch of Delano London to the expansion of Rixos across the Americas and Asia – reflect both the pace and ambition of our growth. As we enter new markets, including South Africa, Greece, India, and Vietnam, and take our F&B brands under Paris Society into the US for the first time, we remain committed to delivering diverse, culturally resonant experiences for guests around the world,” said Gaurav Bhushan, Co-CEO of Ennismore.
In the Americas, the group confirmed the reopening of Delano Miami Beach with 171 guestrooms and suites. Ennismore also plans to introduce Hyde and Mama Shelter to Mexico City for the first time. Rixos is scheduled to debut in the Americas with a property in Cancun that will include 345 rooms and suites.
Across Asia Pacific, Ennismore plans to open Hyde Bali Seminyak and Hyde Perth. Rixos Phu Quoc Vietnam is scheduled to become the brand’s first resort in Asia with more than 1,700 rooms and extensive dining and leisure facilities. Mondrian Maldives is also planned to open with 105 rooms on a private island in the Noonu Atoll.
In Europe and Africa, the group outlined openings that include Luura in Paros under Morgans Originals and Mama Shelter Lake Como and Mama Shelter Cape Town. Delano London is planned as the brand’s first property in the UK with 67 rooms and suites. Additional openings include Rixos Premium Magawish Bay View in Hurghada.
The Middle East and India pipeline includes Roswyn in Mumbai under Morgans Originals and several Rixos resorts across Saudi Arabia and Oman. Other announced projects include SLS The Red Sea and Caravan Hatta by Our Habitas.
Ennismore also confirmed continued expansion of Paris Society dining concepts in 2026, including Mimi Kakushi and Gigi Rigolatto and Il Bambini Club and Maison Revka. The company stated that further announcements are expected during the year.
