Preferred Hotels & Resorts has added Edgewood Tahoe Resort to its Legend Collection, a curated portfolio of independent luxury hotels recognized for refined accommodations, service, dining and guest experiences.
Set on 235 acres along the South Shore of Lake Tahoe, Edgewood Tahoe Resort features 154 guest rooms and suites in The Lodge, each with private balconies and lake, golf, or mountain views. The property also offers 14 villa suites ranging from two to five bedrooms, with partial to full kitchens, heated private patios, Jacuzzi tubs, fire pits and concierge service.
Dining options include The Edge Restaurant & Lounge, The Bistro and Brooks’ Bar & Deck. Spa Edgewood spans 8,500 square feet, and the resort operates the only lakeside 18-hole championship golf course in the region. A clubhouse expansion set for completion in March 2027 will add a lakefront ballroom for weddings, meetings and events. The resort is also a member of Beyond Green, Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ sustainability-focused brand.
