The hotel will have 180 guest rooms and over 1,500 square feet of meeting space. Facilities include daily breakfast, evening snacks and beverages at Drury’s 5:30 Kickback, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, business and fitness centers, on-site parking, an indoor pool and spa, late-night dining at Kitchen + Bar, and a Guest Market in the lobby.

The property will offer meeting and event space for up to 150 attendees, featuring Wi-Fi in meeting rooms, no food and beverage minimums, and a flexible cancellation policy that allows groups to apply part of the cancellation fee toward a future event at any Drury hotel.

Drury Hotels is recruiting team members for the Nashville property. Once open, the hotel is expected to employ approximately 50 full-time and part-time staff.
