Dreamscape Hospitality will assume management of The Monarch Hotel in Scottsdale, Ariz., adding to the company’s independent and lifestyle portfolio.

The Monarch Hotel is located in Old Town Scottsdale and features modern amenities alongside a vibrant setting. Guest accommodations include spacious suites designed for relaxation, with many offering private balconies. Amenities at the property include two pools, pet-friendly options and onsite dining at La Flora Restaurant. The restaurant serves American cuisine with a Southwest influence.
The property is currently undergoing a full renovation and is expected to reopen as a JdV by Hyatt hotel in early 2026. Dreamscape said its management will focus on strengthening performance while preserving the property’s individual character.
Located at 4000 N Drinkwater Blvd, the hotel provides convenient access to attractions in Scottsdale. Nearby destinations include Butterfly Wonderland and the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art.
The addition of The Monarch Hotel marks continued growth for Dreamscape Hospitality in the independent and lifestyle hotel segment. The company views the property as a strong fit for its portfolio given its location, design and emphasis on guest experience.
