Nevada Restaurant Services bought the 370-room Hacienda Hotel and Casino, located outside Boulder City, Nevada, from Lakeview Co. for an undisclosed sum.
Nevada Restaurant Services is the parent company of the Dotty’s gambling country café chain.
The sale requires approval of state and municipal authorities. Nevada Restaurant Services, Las Vegas, said it plans to renovate the 11-acre (4.4 hectare) property, which includes 9,000 sq ft (836 sq m) of gaming space.
