
Kenneth Greene has been named president and chief executive officer of Toronto-based hotel management company Delta Hotels and Resorts. Greene will officially assume his role in September.
Greene replaces former President and CEO Hank Stackhouse, who retired last December and currently chairs the Hotel Association of Canada.
Greene was most recently president and managing director for the Asia Pacific region for Wyndham Hotel Group. Since 2001, he has held successive senior leadership roles at Wyndham including group president – Ramada, Days Inn, Howard Johnson and Travelodge; president – Days Inn Worldwide; president – Howard Johnson International and Travelodge Hotels Inc.; and chief financial officer for Wyndham Hotel Group.
Prior to joining Wyndham, Greene held held senior financial, strategic planning and development leadership roles for global organizations such as NRT Inc., Cendant Corp., HFS Inc. and Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates Inc.
