Davidson Hospitality Group has announced two promotions to its leadership team: Nick Gregory has assumed the role of executive vice president of operations for Pivot, the company’s lifestyle operating vertical, and Paul Eckert has been promoted to executive vice president of operations and business intelligence.
“I’m genuinely excited for what these respected leaders will accomplish in their new roles,” said Davidson Hospitality Group CEO & President Thom Geshay. “Based on Nick’s tenured experience over the last three decades perfecting the ins and outs of lifestyle hotels at Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, we look forward to seeing him create exceptional value for our owners as we advance into this exciting new chapter for Pivot.”
“Further, as a high performer and trusted leader who continues to ascend, Paul is deeply respected and admired from the top down for driving performance and always having his team’s backs. We are thrilled to be continuing the reputation of performance excellence at Davidson with these appointments of proven, seasoned leaders,” Geshay added.
Most recently serving as SVP, strategic operations for the company, Gregory will be responsible for maximizing profitability for Pivot in his new role. Key focus areas will be driving team performance, improving asset value, furthering strategic portfolio growth, expanding brand equity and directing operational standards across the hotels and restaurants managed under Pivot.
Eckert will continue to focus on driving the performance of properties within the Davidson portfolio while also leading the corporate strategic operations team to analyze data, leverage efficiencies, create proprietary operating tools, discover new revenue streams and foster innovation to optimize performance and long-term value for owners.
