Coury Hospitality has assumed management of Plunge Beach Resort in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Fla., and the Residence Inn Alexandria Old Town South at Carlyle in Alexandria, Va. Both hotels are owned by affiliates of T2 Hospitality.

Plunge Beach Resort is a 163-room oceanfront property offering three dining outlets, 5,900 square feet of meeting and event space and a collection of adults-only seaside bungalows.
The Residence Inn Alexandria Old Town South at Carlyle is a 181-suite extended-stay hotel near the city’s historical district and Potomac River waterfront. It features a lobby bar and fitness center.
