PREFERRED HOTELS ADDS 14 HOTELS: Preferred Hotels & Resorts is welcoming 14 new hotels. The properties include MOLLIE Aspen in Colorado; Grand Velas Boutique in Los Cabos, Mexico; Ara Maris Sorrento in Italy; Maison Albar – Le Victoria in Nice, France; and Pendry Natirar in New Jersey. Other openings span Helsinki, Arizona, São Paulo, Las Vegas, Barcelona, Florida, Nairobi and Stockholm. These properties are part of the Legend, L.V.X., Lifestyle and Preferred Residences collections and aim to cater to distinct traveler preferences, accessible through the I Prefer Hotel Rewards program.
INDIGO ROAD OPENS NEW HOTEL: The Indigo Road Hospitality Group has expanded its boutique hotel collection with the opening of Bridge Creek Inn in Clayton, Ga.,, managed by Ridgeline Investment Partners. Originally built in the 19th century, the property has been restored. Bridge Creek Inn is situated on the historic site of South Main Street and Derrick Street near the Blue Ridge Mountains. The hotel features 45 guest rooms, a coffee bar and indoor and outdoor event spaces. Currently, IRHG has three open and operating hotels, with additional acquisitions under contract, and four scheduled openings in 2024, in addition to more than two dozen restaurants in eight cities.
