HYDE ARRIVES IN TURKEY: Hyde, part of Ennismore, is set to make its debut in Turkey with Hyde Bodrum. Slated to open on May 1 in Bodrum, the adults-only, all-inclusive hotel is located against the backdrop of the Aegean Sea and surrounded by pine forests. The hotel features 212 rooms, suites and four villas, along with five restaurants and bars, a pool, gym and pilates studio and event spaces. The hotel will add a spa in 2025. The all-inclusive Hyde will offer unlimited access to curated musical programming and wellbeing sessions. This marks the first Hyde hotel to offer an all-inclusive experience. Hyde Bodrum is also the first Hyde property which can be booked through the new digital platform, ALL Inclusive Collection.

COLUMBIA HOSPITALITY SIGNS 4 HOTELS: Columbia Hospitality, the North American hospitality management and consulting company, has expanded into the country’s Northeastern region and signed four properties in New York and Massachusetts. The new additions include the 83-key Callicoon Hills in Callicoon, N.Y. and The Lenox Collection, which includes The Whitlock, The Constance and The Dewey all in Lenox, Mass. The three bed and breakfast properties of The Lenox Collection offer a combined 66 rooms. Callicoon Hills and The Lenox Collection have the same ownership. Each of these hotels will be managed and operated by Columbia Hospitality.
U.S. PERFORMANCE UPDATE: U.S. hotel performance fell from last week, as expected ahead of the Easter holiday, according to CoStar’s data through March 30.

Among the top 25 markets, New York City saw the highest YOY lifts in each of the three key performance metrics: occupancy (+13.2% to 88.2%), ADR (+14.1% to $285.98) and RevPAR (+29.1% to $252.18). The steepest RevPAR decline was seen in Houston (-22.3% to $68.44) due to comparison to its NCAA Men’s Final Four host period in 2023.
HYATT’S CURACAO RESORT ADDS ADULTS-ONLY SECTION: Hyatt Hotels has unveiled the expansion of Dreams Curacao Resort, Spa & Casino with the upcoming launch of a new, adults-only section which complements the resort’s existing family-friendly section. Set to open on June 1, the 52-room beachfront expansion consists of modular units featuring next generation architecture and modern interiors to offer a luxury, beachfront experience in the Dutch Caribbean Island. The 377-square-foot free-standing rooms are situated close to the Piscadera Bay shoreline and within walking distance from the main resort. The rooms offer an indoor seating area, a king-sized bed and a spacious terrace with direct beach access. The resort has also added a bar and restaurant, an infinity pool and complete access to all-inclusive offerings at the Dreams Curaçao Resort, Spa & Casino.
ONYX EXPANDS SHAMA BRAND:Â Capitalizing on the demand for serviced apartments, ONYX Hospitality Group has expanded its serviced apartment brand Shama with the launch of Shama Rayong in Thailand. This marks the first Shama property outside of Bangkok. Slated to open in Q1 2026, Shama Rayong is located in Rayong, a city on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand. The property will offer more than 150 apartments, ranging from studio, one- and two-bedroom units, along with a restaurant, pool, gym and meeting rooms. ONYX currently operates 16 Shama properties in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Hangzhou, Changchun and Daqing, with five more properties under construction.
