Aman is bringing its signature hospitality experience to the U.A.E. and has announced plans for Aman Dubai.
Making a strategic move for the brand and introducing its hallmark, ultra-luxury hospitality experience to Dubai, the all-suite hotel will also offer a limited number of Aman-branded residences. Guests and residents can avail an Aman Spa, spanning more than 21,500 square feet, multiple dining venues and an Aman Club.
Sitting along a shoreline in Dubai, Aman Dubai will also have a private beach.
The project is owned by Bright Start, a real estate company with a collection of real estate assets ranging from residential developments, commercial venues and high-end hospitality projects. Real estate developer H&H Development is leading the delivery of this property.
The property is currently in the development stage.
The property will enjoy a premium coastal position directly on the Jumeirah Beach, offering unobstructed views of the water and the city. Spread across nine acres, the hotel will feature Aman’s trademark minimal and contemporary design aesthetic.
As a global city offering a range of experiences for visitors as well as its residents, Dubai has been part of Aman’s growth strategy for some time now, the company said.

While Aman has not announced the completion date of the project, reports suggested Aman Dubai is expected to open in the next three years. When it opens, the hotel will be the most expensive hotel in the U.A.E., according to the report.
Aman will be spending big on “very high quality products which cost money,” Doronin told The National. Guestrooms will enjoy views of the ocean, city, private pools and greenery, which justifies the steep prices, he added.
Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, Aman Dubai will combine a resort experience with Arabian hospitality, with the hotel’s design drawing inspiration from the region’s architectural and cultural heritage.
