Travel technology provider Amadeus and hospitality systems specialist Shiji are expanding their partnership to offer hotels access to a full suite of integrated technology solutions through a single provider.
The collaboration allows hoteliers to license and bundle products from both companies, including Shiji’s Daylight PMS and Infrasys POS, alongside Amadeus solutions such as HotSOS, Delphi, iHotelier and the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS).
A key feature of the agreement is deeper integration of ACRS, which will serve as the master record for inventory, rates and availability across both rooms and non-room products. The companies said this “single-image” approach will support greater personalization in guest services and create new merchandising opportunities for hotels.
Benefits for hoteliers include:
-
Access to a complete, integrated technology stack covering PMS, POS, CRS, sales and catering and hotel operations.
-
Streamlined vendor management by working with one provider for multiple solutions and unified support.
-
Expanded global service coverage through the combined reach of both companies.
-
Enhanced personalization and upselling capabilities across distribution channels.
-
Greater operational efficiency and innovation by centralizing technology needs.
