Allbridge appoint SVP of customer success and services

Allbridge, the hospitality supplier of technology solutions, services and support, has appointed Jann Gorske to the newly created role of senior vice president, customer success and services. He will lead Allbridge’s Customer Support, Customer Care and Managed Services operations.

Gorske joins Allbridge from IBM Consulting, where he served as an associate partner. He brings deep expertise in customer relations and service leadership within the technology sector.

This role gives us dedicated service leadership to continue raising the bar on delivering best-in-class customer and property experiences.

In his role, Gorske will lead and scale Allbridge’s Customer Success and Services teams; focus on driving customer retention, renewals and satisfaction; embed a culture of customer centricity and urgency; partner closely with sales and product teams to expand customer relationships; and build a scalable, metrics-driven service organization that supports organic growth and future M&A integration.
