CHICAGO A local developer is proposing construction of a US$100 million 39-story tower in Chicago’s theater district that would include a hotel and senior residences.
Clovis Investments LLC has proposed the tower for a vacant site wedged between two landmark buildings across the street from the Cadillac Palace Theatre. The project requires city zoning approval; if granted, construction could start in a couple of years, Chicago Sun-Times reports.
The project, currently known simply as 174 W. Randolph, is being designed by Studio D Architecture LLC.
