About SCHOLL
Our name stands for top quality in food preparation and presentation. In 1945 the manufacturer Gustav Scholl designed his prototype of the first plate warmer. The company started to focus on manufacturing commercial kitchen equipment and furnishing and was able to steadily extend and develop the product range. Nowadays our product range comprises food preparation (induction technique) and presentation (counters, heating and cooling techniques), transportation of used crockery (tray trolleys) and a huge variety of stainless steel furniture (hot cupboards, work tables, shelves and sink units).
Customizations can be realized as well. To ensure competent advice and local, short-term services, we distribute our products through local trading partners. We will be glad to provide customers with all contact details needed.

Hold-Line (Induction – built-in)
Induction heat retaining unit to keep dishes warm with Chafing Dishes. Continuously, precisely to the degree and electronically controlled temperature control from 50 to 100 °C. Cable length generator – control 3.0 m. Cable length generator – ceran glass. 2.5 m
Hot or cold combiplate
Hot or cold combined in one plate. Temperature variable from –5 °C to +140 °C. With Self-Cooling-System (refrigerant R600a). Other refrigerants and execution 60 Hz on request. For connection to central cooling system. Refrigerants on request. Facing made of chrome-nickel steel or Gorilla glass resp. divided ESG glass for GN 4/1 (similar to RAL colours 9004 or 9010). Cooling capacity at – 12 °C Evaporation temperature.
Hot plate glass ceramic (built-in)
Casing chrome nickel steel 18/10. Continuously adjustable temperature control from 30 – 90 °C by loosely attached thermostat, with casing, incl. residual heat indicator. Thickness of plate 6 mm, setback 15 mm all around. Mounting height: 100 mm.
Carving station
Carving station made of chrome nickel steel 18/10. Digital adjustable from 30 – 100 °C. Carving surface with retaining lip. Incl. heat resistant carving board made of glass. Available with cough protection on guest side upon request.
Buffet heat lamp (wall mounting)
Heat lamp black-coloured. Incl. 250 Watt – infrared radiator, white light. Incl. switch. For on-site mounting. Distance from wall to center heat lamp, ca. 330 mm. E.-Connection: 230 V – 250 W.
