Trump International Hotel & Tower New York is offering a new culinary master course with renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and his executive pastry chef, Johnny Iuzzini.
The class, designed for two people, includes a private, one-hour cooking demonstration by Vongerichten in the kitchen of his namesake restaurant as well as a one-hour, hands-on pastry-making class with Iuzzini, who has served as a judge on “Top Chef Just Desserts.”
The experience, priced at US$9,999, also includes accommodations in an Executive Park View Suite (Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights), breakfast for two daily at Nougatine and a three-course dinner for two at Jean Georges with a bottle of Champagne. In addition, guests will receive signed copies of Vongerichten’s book “Asian Flavors of Jean-Georges” and Iuzzini’s “Dessert FourPlay: Sweet Quartets From a Four-Star Pastry Chef.”
