Swiss-Belhotel takes over management of Jakarta hotel

JAKARTA Swiss-Belhotel International has assumed management of the former Grand Flora hotel, a 4-star property in Jakarta, on behalf of owner Arion Paramita Holding Co.

Located in the upscale Kemang district, the hotel is now called Arion Swiss-Belhotel Kemang. Europe-style architecture decorated with classic interiors, the 94-key property is Hong Kong-based Swiss-Belhotel’s third property in Jakarta and 20th in Indonesia overall.

“With three hotels in Jakarta, Swiss-Belhotel International has developed strong branding and distribution systems, enabling the group to have multi-operations in the same city,” says company President Gavin Faull. “Swiss-Belhotel International continues to expand, with over 65 hotels and projects with a new operation being added each month. This is an exciting growth period for Swiss-Belhotel International.”

Swiss-Belhotel manages hotels in China, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and United Arab Emirates, with pipeline projects in Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
