SpringHill Suites programs put art in the spotlight

To celebrate the brand’s dedication to design and style, SpringHill Suites by Marriott currently has a couple art-focused programs underway.

During September, the brand is partnering with local artists, galleries and schools for ArtNight SpringHill Suites, an initiative launched last year. Specific events will include a showcase of art from Galerie Synesthésie at SpringHill Suites Montreal. A complete list of programs is available on the brand’s Facebook page.

“ArtNight takes the guest travel and discovery experience to another level,” said Callette Nielsen, vice president and global brand manager for SpringHill Suites. “Embracing the local art scene allows us to connect with our communities and helps make hotel stays more inspiring.”

Through November 1, SpringHill Suites also is accepting submissions on its website for its 2012 special edition hotel key. Amateurs and professionals have the chance to win prizes and have their design featured on keycards at nearly 300 hotels. Winning designs will be announced December 5.
