The Wyndham Hotel Group has signed a development agreement to open 20 Ramada hotels across the UK in the next 10 years. All of the properties will be managed by Lester Hotels Group Limited.
The first two hotels, the Ramada Resort Cwrt Bleddyn and the Ramada Leicester Stage, are expected to open in January, which will bring the total number of Ramada properties in the UK up to 40.
A third hotel, in Finchley, north London, is already planned to open next year as part of the deal, which also saw the licence agreement for the existing Ramada Hatfield hotel renewed for a further 20 years.
