The Gramercy Park Hotel, New York City, has appointed Bill Dunphy as director of sales and marketing. Dunphy has served as director of sales and marketing at The Pierre, The Mark, Leading Hotels of The World and Oberoi Hotel Group.
Carrington Edmunds has been named director of sales at The Gramercy Park Hotel, New York City. Edmunds most recently served as director of sales and marketing at The Mark in New York City.
Allan Federer has been named general manager at the Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Federer most recently led The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, to complete the opening and remaining capital works to introduce the new resort to the North American meetings and luxury travel markets at the end of 2009.
Mark Grebby has been appointed general manager at Elite Island Resorts’ LaSource in Pink Gin Beach, Grenada. Most recently he was general manager for a resort group in St. Lucia.

Benchmark Hospitality International has named Danna Holck general manager for Turtle Bay Resort, in Oahu, Hawaii. Holck most recently served as general manager for Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.
RockResorts has appointed Joe Kelley as general manager of The Landings St. Lucia, A RockResort. Kelley joined RockResorts in 2007 and has served as hotel manager of The Osprey at Beaver Creek in Beaver Creek, Colorado, and director of hotel operations at La Posada de Santa Fe Resort & Spa in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
The Gramercy Park Hotel, New York, has named Scott Koster as general manager. Most recently Koster served as director of operations at The Plaza Hotel in New York.
Cole Mansfield has been appointed general manager at the Warwick Denver in Denver, Colorado. Mansfield joined Warwick Denver in 2008 as director of rooms before stepping into the role of interim general manager last July.

Las Ventanas al Paraíso, a Rosewood hotel in Los Cabos, Mexico, has appointed Daniel Scott resort manager. Scott most recently was a member of the pre-opening team of Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park, California, where he served as rooms division director.
