Amy Arbuckle has been named general manager of the San Francisco Marriott Fisherman’s Wharf. Arbuckle previously was director of sales and marketing for the hotel.

Lori Bolton was recently hired as director of sales at the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton in Del Mar, California. Most recently, she was a sales manager at the Hilton San Diego Del Mar.

Dunton Hot Springs in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains has appointed Carrie Eagle executive chef. Eagle most recently was banquet chef for Hotel Andaluz.  

Paul Giovanini has been named general manager of the Phoenix Park Hotel in Washington, D.C. Giovanini most recently was general manager of the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

The Hotel Phillips in Kansas City, Missouri, has named John Glenn director of operations. Glenn most recently was assistant general manager at the Capital Plaza Hotel and Convention Center in Topeka, Kansas.

Loews Hotels & Resorts has appointed Shawn Hauver vice president of operations. Most recently, Hauver was area director of operations, managing both Loews Miami Beach Hotel and the Loews Don CeSar Hotel.

Christophe Hilty has been named director of operations at One Aldwych in London. Hilty most recently was director of rooms at the hotel.

Cape Grace in Cape Town, South Africa, has named Sandy Pollard general manager. Pollard previously was human resources manager at the property.

Il Lugano in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has appointed Mark Schoenberg director of food and beverage. Schoenberg previously was regional director, food and beverage at Bahia Mar, Doubletree by Hilton, in Fort Lauderdale.

The Hotel at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, has named Marc Schulz executive chef. Schulz previously was sous chef at Hotel Breidenbacher in Duesseldorf, Germany.

Bill Songer was promoted to food and beverage manager the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites San Diego/Del Mar in California. Songer previously was banquet captain at the properties.

Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Newport Beach, California, has named Craig Sullivan vice president – business development. Sullivan previously was vice president of the National Hospitality Group, which he pioneered at North American Title Co., a subsidiary of Lennar Corp.

Scott Yo has been named general manager of the Pod 39 Hotel in New York City. Most recently, Yo served as multi-property general manager for Gemini Hospitality Group.
