Omni Hotels taps marketing firm to rework F&B strategy

HOUSTON Omni Hotels & Resorts has hired Patrick Henry Creative Promotions Inc., a food and beverage marketing agency, to assist with beverage initiatives and strategies.  PHCP will be working under the direction of David Morgan, Omni’s recently-appointed F&B vice president.

Omni is charging PHCP with creating “one of the best beverage programs in the hospitality industry.” Omni’s planned corporate initiatives for 2011 include updating beer, spirit and wine specifications; creating a new beverage menu; launching seasonal programs; holding more frequent guest events; onsite wine training; and implementation of a new beverage training guide.
