NYC dominates largest hotel buys this year

New York City hotels made up five of the top 10 largest hotel transactions worldwide by price so far in 2011, according to Jones Lang LaSalle. The top spot went to the March purchase of the 334-room Ritz-Carlton Moscow, for an undisclosed sum.
