BOSTON The 358-key Radisson Hotel Boston has been acquired by Northwood Investors LLC for an undisclosed amount.
The 40-year-old business hotel is located at the convergence of Boston’s Back Bay, Financial District and Theater District. The Radisson has two restaurants and 20,000 sq. ft. of event space, along with a six-story connected parking garage.
The seller, John Philopoulos Associates Trust, was represented by CB Richard Ellis Hotels.
