Wyndham Vacation Rentals buys 3 businesses:  Wyndham Vacation Rentals, part of Wyndham Worldwide, announced that it in three separate transactions acquired Oceana Resorts, Kaiser Realty and Cumbrian Cottages. The dollar amounts of the transactions are not being disclosed at this time. Wyndham said the initial plan is for these businesses to retain their existing branding within their markets while becoming part of the larger Wyndham Vacation Rentals network and the global umbrella brand.

Schulte buys Minnesota Sheraton for $14 million:  Schulte Hospitality Group bought the 150-room Sheraton Woodbury, located in Woodbury, for US$14 million from Dougherty Funding.
