Warwick adds Iraq hotel: Warwick International Hotels has added the 300-room Babylon Warwick Hotel in Baghdad to its management portfolio.


New research says hypertargeting can improve ROI: London School of Marketing released a free white paper, “The Concept of Hypertargeting,” which looks at the definition of hypertargeting, its evolution in the marketing world, and current and future methodologies that will allow marketers to reach target audiences in a personalized manner.

Athens Hilton may change hands: Alpha Bank reportedly will soon announce the sale of Athens’s Hilton Hotel, currently the property of Ionian Hotel Enterprises, an Alpha Bank subsidiary. Oaktree Capital Group and Jermyn Street Real Estate Fund have expressed interest in acquiring the hotel for €180 million (US$230 million).
