Athens Hilton may change hands: Alpha Bank reportedly will soon announce the sale of Athens’s Hilton Hotel, currently the property of Ionian Hotel Enterprises, an Alpha Bank subsidiary. Oaktree Capital Group and Jermyn Street Real Estate Fund have expressed interest in acquiring the hotel for €180 million (US$230 million).
