The Saint to expand in Florida: David Mark Wyant Sr. purchased the 37-room Southern Cross Hotel, located in Key West, which will be renovated and reopen as The Saint Hotel Key West in October.
Hotel Grand Chancellor bought: Hotel Grand Central sold the 328-room Hotel Grand Chancellor, located in Singapore, to an undisclosed buyer for S$248 million (US$198 million).
