Patton adds 4 US resorts:  Patton Hospitality Management announced that it will manage four U.S. timeshare resorts including The Shores at Orange Beach in Alabama, Los Lagos at Hot Springs Village and The Greens at Bella Vista Village in Arkansas, and Branson Yacht Club in Missouri.

 


Morgans shareholder asks for company sale:  Morgans Hotel Group Co. shareholder Caerus Global Investors asked the company to begin a formal sales process in light of a recent offer to buy the company.
