Rida Development, City of Aurora file lawsuit against 11 hotels:  Rida Development Corp., the City of Aurora, Colorado, and the Aurora Urban Renewal Authority filed a lawsuit against 11 Denver-area hotels due to their alleged “baseless legal maneuvering” to obstruct and delay the recently revived development.

China to surpass US in business travel spending:  China is expected to surpass the U.S. as the world’s most dominant business travel market as early as 2016, according to a new report from the Global Business Travel Association. GBTA expects total spending on Chinese-originated business travel to grow 14.3% in 2013 to US$224 billion. In 2014, China is projected to see a 17.2% increase in business travel spend, more than twice the rate of the U.S.
