Enjoy buys 45% of Caesars subsidiary: Enjoy bought 45% of Caesars Entertainment Corp. subsidiary Baluma, which owns and operates the Conrad Punta Del Este Resort and Casino, located in Punta del Este, Uruguay. As part of the deal Caesars will become a shareholder in Enjoy.
Portugal hotel revenues down: Portugal’s national statistics institute reported hotel revenues in the country decreased 2% in the first nine months of 2012, despite a 3% increase in foreign visitors to 6.2 million.
