Boston Renaissance to be auctioned:  On Tuesday the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, which opened just in 2008, had an auction date set by city officials after the hotel developer Loeb Partners Realty defaulted on its US$90 million mortgage.

Hilton Auckland for sale:  The 165-room, 5-star Hilton Auckland, which opened in 2001, is being put up for sale by the building owner. Hilton is planning on continuing to manage the hotel.
