Hyatt to expand in Minnesota: An affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corp. entered into a franchise agreement with an affiliate of McGough Development to open the 302-room Hyatt Regency Bloomington Central Station in early 2016. The hotel will be operated by Aimbridge Hospitality.
