Hyatt Place to enter Brazil: An affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corp. signed a management deal with FSA group to open the 150-room Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto in 2016.
Hyatt House to enter Mexico: An affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corp. signed a franchise agreement with Fideicomiso de Actividad Empresarial to open the 119-room Hyatt House Santa Fe. The hotel will be located in Mexico City’s Santa Fe neighborhood and managed by Grupo Presidente and is set to open in 2016.
