Andaz to enter Japan: Hyatt Hotels Corp. signed an agreement with Mori Building Co. to open the 164-room Andaz Tokyo in the summer of 2014. This will be the first Andaz-branded hotel in Japan.

Accor to expand in Saudi Arabia: Accor signed a management contract with Al Hokair Group for the first Suite Novotel hotel in Riyadh, the 115-room Suite Novotel Riyadh Olaya, set to open in 2013.
Wynn to remove Okada from board: Following buying out his stake in the company, Wynn Resorts plans to remove co-founder Kazuo Okada from the its board of directors.
