Ireland hotel sales up, debt remains:  The value of Irish hotel sales will exceed €350 million (US$473 million) by the end of 2014, according to Savills Ireland, while a new report by economist Alan Ahearne shows the Irish hotel industry still needs a further €1.4 billion (US$1.9 billion) in restructuring to bring debt to a sustainable level.
