Accor to expand in Moscow: Accor signed an agreement with Patero Development to open three properties totaling 700 guestrooms near the Kievsky Railway Station in Moscow in 2015. The properties will include the 200-room Novotel Kievskaya, the 350-room Ibis Kievskaya and the 150-room Adagio Kievskaya.
