The Ascott Ltd., Singapore, appointed Chong Kee Hiong as CEO this week.
Prior to this, Chong was the CEO of Ascott Residence Trust Management, a REIT. Both The Ascott Ltd. and Ascott Residence Trust Management are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the conglomerate CapitaLand, Singapore.
In addition, Lee Chee Koon has been appointed as deputy CEO of Ascott and will assist Chong in the strategic planning and investment of the serviced residence business.
Vincent Wee has been appointed as managing director for the India & Gulf Cooperation Council sectors of Ascott’s business. Wee is concurrently the deputy CEO of Ascott Residence Trust Management.
