About a year after Kerzner International Holdings announced an agreement to assume management of Hayman off the coast of Queensland, Emirates has appointed Kerzner subsidiary One&Only Resorts to manage Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa in the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area in Australia starting early next year.
This will be One&Only’s second resort in Australia, following the opening of One&Only Hayman Island this past July. Emirates will continue to retain full ownership of the 40-room resort.
