Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners (AJ Capital Partners), Chicago, has acquired the Malliouhana Hotel & Spa in Anguilla and has retained Auberge Resorts to lead a renovation and repositioning of the resort.
The 55-room resort sits on a 20-acre (8-hectare) beachfront site overlooking Meads Bay and Turtle Bay. Amenities include two restaurants, a 15,000-sq-ft (1,394-sq-m) spa and extensive fitness facilities.
