Stale fruitcake or an ugly sweater need not be the curse of the holiday season this year. Thanks to the new “My Horrible Holiday Gift” contest, Wyndham Rewards is offering to transform less-than-desirable gifts into various prizes including 2 million Wyndham Rewards points.
Through January 10, U.S. and Canadian Wyndham Rewards members can enter the contest online by uploading a photo of their horrible holiday gift and a brief description of what makes it so bad. Wyndham judges will select five finalists, and the public will vote to choose the grand prize winner.
In addition to prizes for finalists, all entrants will be eligible for weekly drawings for US$50 gift cards to retailers of their choosing.
