Christian Grage has been named vice president of operations for Hilton Worldwide Egypt & Levant, based in Cairo.

InterContinental Paris Le Grand has appointed Christophe Laure as its general manager. Laure was formerly GM of the hotel from 2002 to 2004 before he transitioned to InterContinental Malta and his most recent post as GM of InterContinental Madrid.

Hilton Worldwide has named Anibal Flecha safety and security manager, Latin America and Caribbean. Flecha most recently served as loss prevention safety and security director at Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach & Golf Resort in Dorado, Puerto Rico.

Hotel Arts Barcelona has named Rivero Delgado as general manager. Most recently, Delgado served as GM of Hotel Villa Padierna.

The Arizona Biltmore has named Alex Moro, who has 18 years of hospitality sales experience including 11 years with the Biltmore, the director of sales.

Hotel De L’Europe, Amsterdam, has named Richard van Oostenbrugge executive chef and Stephan van Tilburg is the hotel’s new director of food and beverage.

Red Lion Hotels Corp. has hired Dan Jackson as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

InterContinental Dallas has appointed Scott Blakeslee as general manager. Most recently, he was vice president of strategic business development at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

Scott Mason, general manager of Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort since 2006, has accepted the position of general manager at Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, a 451-room property in the rapidly growing Denver technology and commercial core. 

Benchmark Hospitality International has named Jason Gershon director of food & beverage for The Heldrich Hotel and Conference Center, New Brunswick, New Jersey. Gershon most recently was director of food & beverage and conference services for Dolce Valley Forge near Philadelphia.

Roland Baumann has been appointed general manager for The Eldon Luxury Suites Hotel, Washington, D.C. Baumann was most recently director for the Matterhorn Group of Zermatt, Switzerland.
