Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has taken over management of the Encantado resort in Santa Fe, New Mexico, as ownership led by an affiliate of the Canyon Group, Larkspur, California, and previous manager, Auberge Resorts, reportedly reached an agreement to terminate their contract.
Following a brief transition, the 65-casita property will be renamed Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. Cindy Racco has already taken over as general manager, having moved from her resort manager’s position at Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara in California.
Sources told HOTELS last week that Four Seasons is being brought in to boost occupancy levels at the ultra-luxury retreat.
