First Asian Maison Delano to open in Seoul

Ennismore, the London-based lifestyle hospitality company, has announced the Asian debut of its Maison Delano brand with Maison Delano Seoul.

Scheduled to open in 2026 in the upscale district of Gangnam in southern Seoul, Maison Delano Seoul will consist of 81 rooms, 52 branded residences and dining venues. The hotel will also feature a members’ club, an indoor and outdoor infinity rooftop pool overlooking the tree canopy at Gangnam Park, a spa, a gym and a sunken garden courtyard.

The hotel’s design will be based on simplicity, using natural and raw materials. In a reinterpretation of the traditional Korean Pavilion, the hotel will have a “park façade” concept surrounding the building façade and sunken courtyard in greenery and trees to create a connection with nature.

Maison Delano is making its way to Asia to cater to a growing number of modern travelers who seek a sophisticated getaway and elevated experiences with creative energy like no others. We are incredibly excited to bring the Delano brand to Seoul and curate a unique experience for guests in a city that is so rich in culture,” said Chadi Farhat, brand COO for Delano & head of Middle East & Asia Pacific at Ennismore.

The first Maison Delano is slated to open in Paris later this month. Housed in an 18th-century mansion and located in the 8th Arrondissement, Maison Delano Paris features 56 rooms and suites. The luxury hotel includes a restaurant led by Michelin Star Chef Dani García.

Delano first opened in 1995 in Miami and has since become a favorite among travelers seeking a bespoke experience. Maison Delano is a spin-off of the Delano resort brand.

Ennismore, which entered a joint venture with Accor in 2021 to create a new autonomous entity, currently operates 101 properties under 14 brands and 137 more properties in the pipeline. Ennismore also has a collection of more than 150 restaurants and nightlife destinations.
