U.S. cable and satellite television network Comedy Central, a subsidiary of Viacom Inc., New York City, has reportedly ordered a pilot episode for a television program based on two friends that work in a budget hotel in New York City.
The show is written by Nicolas Wright and James Woods and entitled “Almost Vacant.” Both Wright and Wood formerly worked together on “The Business” television program for the Independent Film Channel network.
