B launches b2 brand

B Hotels & Resorts announced on Monday the launch of the b2 hotel brand for the 3-star market.

The first b2 location will be announced within weeks. B said the brand will “revolutionize” the traditional concept of select-service hotels by offering full-service amenities, spa and wellness programs.

“b2 hotel is all about offering all that the industry and consumers love about B, but at a more affordable price point and streamlined operational and staffing model, benefitting guests and owners,” said Ayelet Weinstein, B Hotels & Resorts CEO.

The b2 brand signatures are:

•  B Social – Communal seating, tables and gathering spaces are a brand standard

•  B in Touch – B In Touch Amenities include complimentary iPad rentals, digital concierge touchscreens and more. All properties will offer FreeB Wi-Fi, complimentary high-speed Internet throughout all public spaces and guestrooms

•  B Ambiance – Sound, lighting and scent will have mood-altering effects on how guests interact

•  B Nourished – F&B offerings will include a signature restaurant concept, bar, in-room dining and banquet services

•  B Indulged – Spa suites offering massages treatments

•  B Active – As part of the Well B-ing program, each b2 hotel will offer a fitness center

•  B Adventurous – Excursions and event offerings will be developed specifically for leisure guests

•  B Sensitive – B2 Hotels will implement green initiatives and sustainable alternatives during the renovation process and the long-term operations

B Hotels & Resorts, Weston, Florida, currently operates B Ocean Fort Lauderdale and is set to open B South Beach, both in its native state.
