PHOENIX Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort and an adjoining golf club in Phoenix will go on auction in November.
The owner of the 584-key resort is an affiliate of Highland Hospitality Corp., Phoenix Business Journal reports. Highland is in the process of weighing its own bankruptcy, complicating the planned trustee sale.
Hilton Hotels & Resorts will continue to manage the foreclosed property “for the foreseeable future.” It remains open to guests.
