You probably have heard the expression, “What keeps you up at night?” It has been overly used as the stimulant for industry panel discussions.
I choose to ask a different question that will explore the positivity of your efforts and the encouragement of trends: What allows you to sleep at night?
What have you done well that puts your mind at ease?
